Rocoja’s first blog

28 May

I have had a very interesting beginning to 2012 & it feels like we shouldn’t be hurtling into June already!

From an ex employer who didn’t pay staff, to a period of unemployment to wondering how on earth I am going to use all of the things I have learned over my 25+ years working; its been a very hectic 5 months.

However, the main thing I did know was that I wanted to help small businesses in some way.

I’ve worked for both corporates & start-ups & know how difficult the initial year can be, especially when you are supposed to be the “guru” of everything to do with running a business. (And you are supposed to be this person immediately from setting up!).

I have helped many a small business, from those I have worked for, to friends & family over the years.

This has taken the form of recruiting on their behalf, setting up & running their social media, office administration & even working on stands at “events”. All of which I have loved & I’ve found satisfaction from helping the small businesses grow.

This is where Rocoja has been born from, a desire to accompany someone on their journey & while accompanying them, helping them to grow & achieve their goals.

This blog page will (with some hard work & a little luck) allow you to follow me on my journey.

I am not sure how this will turn out; but I know that if Sir Richard Branson’s idea’s on success are correct

Rocoja should be successfully… As number 1 on his list is definitely the reason behind what I’m doing now!

My blog site is in the exact same area of
interest as yours and my users would really benefit from some of the information you present here.
Please let me know if this okay with you. Thank you!
