Independent HR Services – Where to find them…..

14 Jan

As my clients & readers will know, I set up Rocoja to tackle all things “Small Business” without being condescending or conniving & without being in it for the ££££.

I wanted to help people like myself, the entrepreneur, running their own business that needs help with the parts they struggle with, whilst hopefully utilising my contacts & knowledge to bring together other small businesses for mutual benefit.

Recently I was asked for help relating to HR.

With having worked on the fringe of HR, (in personnel departments & also running employment agencies) I have knowledge of the subject which has seen me through & which is very broad; BUT I know this could never replace the kind of specialist knowledge you need when you start along the “employer” route.

So with this in mind, I have searched for a small business person, whose forte is HR, one who has relevant experience & recommendations.

I wanted someone who would represent the companies they were looking after with the same passion, understanding & commercial sense we have, which quite frankly larger companies just cannot grasp…

Independent HR Services is a fellow small business person, with over 3 decades of related experience, which has translated into a valuable resource for people like you & I.

From disciplinaries, policies & procedures to staff reorganisations & redundancies, Independent HR Services can advise & coach you through any employer/employee situation, as well as other HR related issues.

Having read through a number of HR consultancy sites, I am going to ask Independent HR for some help with a matter I have currently & I have a feeling I will have a positive experience.

I will of course let everyone know how I get on & If you decide to get some specialist advice on HR, please let me know about your own experience.

For us small businesses, the wrong move related to HR could be catastrophic; this service certainly seems to be on my wavelength,  supporting fellow entrepreneurs by taking away some of the workload whilst allowing them to concentrate on the more important aspects of growing their business.

She certainly subscribes to my own philosophy of sometimes you need to hire a specialist to support you in areas you may not know about,
